New Client/Deep Cleaning
This is your first initial cleaning and introduction of our services. We will perform a "deep cleaning" which typically takes longer than our "Standard Routine Home Cleaning". In this cleaning we do an in-depth cleaning of your home and prep it for your routine cleanings to follow. We will dust areas from ceiling and walls down to baseboards and doors.
Standard Routine Home Cleaning
This is your standard routine cleaning that you will received after your initial detailed cleaning. This cleaning keeps an upkeep of your home weather it be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is a lot more extensive than your standard upkeep cleaning. Deep cleans require complete wipe down of areas and more attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots. Anything inside your home that can be reached with a stool will be cleaned. In-depth dusting of ceilings and walls will be completed as long as height does not reach over 15ft. Besides the in-depth approach, this type of cleaning also improves the overall sanitation and livability of your living space.
Seasonal Cleaning/ established client
Seasonal cleanings provide a more thorough cleaning of your home in areas that are not often not cleaned, along with your standard home cleaning. It's advised to complete seasonal cleanings at the end of every season or every spring to remove hidden dust and webs from behind curtains, rooms, ceilings, walls, and underneath cabinet molding .
Extra Fee Services
Can you clean the following areas for an extra small fee? Yes we are able to clean the following areas for an additional cleaning fee, not included in your cleaning quotes.
Inside Oven

- Cleaning and disinfecting inside of oven
- Scrubbing off grease and debris from interior and oven racks
- Please be advised Cleaning in between oven glass doors not included (Requires uninstalling and unhinging of oven doors) We recommend a grill and oven specialist for this service.
Inside Refrigerator
(Standard size refrigerator) Please contact us for quote if you have an XL refrigerator or walk in refrigerator
- Removing items from cooler and freezer
- Cleaning and disinfecting inside refrigerator and freezer
- Organizing items back inside refrigerator and freezer
Inside Kitchen Cabinets
Price per cabinet door area
(Price increases depending on size and number of items.)

Inside windows (Reachable only)
Price per window

Kitchen Steam Floor Moping
(Price Increases according to size of area)
Steam mops are better at cleaning tougher grime than traditional mops. We typically recommend steam floor cleanings on greasy tile flooring like in the kitchen area or bathrooms.
- Only for Kitchen area tile floors
- Will require multiple cleaning sessions for floors that are requiring a more whitening look of tiles.
Green Cleaning
(Flat Fee)
We can provide cleaning of your home using natural chemical free cleaning products to clean your entire home. This does result in an increase of price due to product costs and extra elbow grease needed to accurately clean areas chemically free.
Wet Wipe Blinds
Price per blind
Needed for homes with neglected wood blinds needing to be cleaned with soap and water. Aluminum blinds don't qualify.
High Ceiling Fan
Price per fan
Dusting high ceiling fans with high ceiling dusters. High ceiling fans qualify if they do not exceed more than 20ft in height.
